I am extremely appreciative to the Haddonfield Alumni Society
in selecting me to be their president. Let me tell you about
myself.
-
I
graduated in 1987 and reside in Haddonfield with my wife (Alysa)
and our two children (Jack-6 and Leigh-2). I am also a
member of the Haddonfield Board of Education. In these two
roles I have visibility and accountability to support our alumni
as well as our future alumni.
-
HAS has always been very effective in fostering a sense of
pride, community and continuity among former members of
Haddonfield Public Schools. Activities like our twice
annual happy hours and lifetime achievement awards ensure we
have opportunities to reconnect and recognize our collective
achievements. We have also been the proud sponsors of
the HAS Scholarship each year given to a deserving student.

But HAS cannot remain stagnate… we must continue to grow and
evolve... we must recognize our responsibility to be
stewards of the school system we all cherish.

By leveraging our collective strengths and relationships
(which were fostered in the Haddonfield School System) we
can ensure we are positioned to help enrich the experience
of students currently enrolled in Haddonfield schools.
Our future alumni…

As part of this transformation, we have partnered with the
Haddonfield Educational Trust (HET) to develop new and
innovative ways to help ensure today’s students have the same
rich educational experience we all received. My hope is
that you (like me) take great pride in the Haddonfield School
System, and that you will reach out to me if you have interest
in becoming involved.

Finally, I would also ask that you consider taking a moment and
making a donation to your alumni society (info on page 5). Your
contributions are what keep us moving forward with our terrific
programs… without your generous help we would not be able to
survive. So if you
